If you already have signed up for an account before, you are automatically a member. Otherwise, click here to sign up.
In order for the system to generate the code, you must submit your birthday information at least four (4) weeks before your birthday.
Your birthday code will be sent to you one (1) week before your birthday. Please note that the discount is valid online only and cannot be used in physical stores.
Since the points is based on your activities and purchase amount (after returns) you will receive your points in 25 days after placing an order. The points will automatically show up in your account.
You can earn points by following us on social media, subscribing to our newsletter or making a purchase. For further details on how to earn points, please refer to the "Earn points" section.
Unlock your voucher on the loyalty page and add your code in checkout. Please note that your code is a one time use, meaning you will not get a new code if you return your items.
No, you cannot use your discount codes on sale.
Since ADOORE Loyalty Club is a new members club, every customer starts with the same number of points, and become automatically a Silver member as a start.
If you wish to terminate your membership, please contact us and request the termination of your membership. Upon doing so, you will also forfeit any points you have accumulated thus far.
Unfortunately, not at the moment, but in the near future, when you become a member, you will earn points both online and in our physical store.
