Welcome to our FAQ, we are so happy to have you here and as a customer. We have tried to answer the most common questions as well as we could. But if you have any further questions don't hesitate to email us at info@adoore.se or talk to us via our chat.

A BIT ABOUT US AND OUR DRESSES

SIZING

Our mission has been to create dresses that are fun and with a great fit that never goes out of style. Items that really make women feel like the best version of themselves! Most of our summer dresses are slimmer in the waist to enhance the figure, which means you generally need to size up in these. Our knitted dresses are more stretchy and true to size, so there is no need to size up in them. Please read our descriptions to see which styles we recommend you to size up in. Today we offer sizes 34-50, but size 32 will be added to the size range for fall 2022.

POP-UP STORE

We are so happy to announce that we have a pop-up store opening 18th of April. The store will be located in Mood Gallerian in Stockholm and will follow the opening times of the mall.

POP-UP STORE RETURN POLICY

Our 14-day return policy applies to our pop-up store too. Unfortunately, we do not handle any online orders in the store due to different payment systems. Please be aware of this when ordering.

RESELLERS

Our fall collection can be found at several resellers, you can find all of them here. The summer collection is only available on our website adoore.se.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you ever have any issues our customer's service team is open Monday-Friday between 09:00-17:00 and we try to respond within 48 hours.

SHIPPING

You will receive one email when placing your order and one when your order has been sent from our warehouse. In the second email, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. Orders will automatically be sent to your nearest pick-up point. More delivery choices will be added during Spring 2022. If you haven’t received any emails within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our support desk.

DELIVERY TIME

Shipping within Sweden: 1-3 working days
Shipping within EU and Norway: 5-7 working days

Orders placed on weekends are sent no later than the following Monday. All orders going to Norway are sent on Tuesdays and Fridays. Should delivery delays occur (without us not notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service and we will help. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as your payment method, you can also contact Klarna directly to extend your invoice.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We do not offer express delivery methods in Sweden since the shipping is very fast.
For orders within EU, we will shortly offer UPS Express.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping within Sweden: 49 SEK
Shipping within EU: 115 SEK
Shipping to Norway: 150 NOK (additional fee of 119NOK for returns)

We charge a fee for shipping your items but do not charge for returns. If you wish to change the same article to another color or size, we will remove the second shipping fee.

Please bare in mind that if you fail to collect your order, an additional admin fee of 149SEK will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS

You can return your order for up to 14 days from receiving it. We accept all items, even when on sale. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

ACCEPTED RETURNS

All items are inspected thoroughly by our warehouse, we don’t handle the return ourselves.
For an item to be accepted and for you to be able to receive a full refund the items need to be in the same condition as you got them. We do not accept refunds with any sign of wear or use, makeup, smell, or animal hair. We hope you have an understanding of this.

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN

1. Fill in the order number and your email at https://adoore.se/pages/returns-exchange
2. Choose the reason for the return and which items you wish to return.
3. Pack the dress in a suitable package. It does not need to be the original package.
4. Print your label and attach this to your parcel. (If you chose QR code for 10SEK the post office will print the label for you)
5. Leave at a post office of your choice.
6. Don’t forget to collect your receipt from the post office, as this is your proof if the return goes missing.

HOW TO CREATE A CLAIM

1. Fill in the order number and your email at https://adoore.se/pages/returns-exchange
2. Add pictures and describe the issue with your item, then wait for us to accept the claim.
3. Put a handwritten note in the package where you clarify that it's a claim along with your order number. Pack the dress in a suitable package and use the return label provided to send it back to us.
4. Leave at your post office.
5. Don’t forget to collect your receipt from the post office, as this is your proof if the return goes missing. Email us the receipt and we will refund you or send a new item ASAP.

HANDLING TIME

From the day you send your package to us, it can take up to 15 days for our warehouse to receive, register and refund your order. You will receive two separate emails, one when we have received your return and start processing it and one email when we have started your refund. If it has been longer than 15 days since you sent back your order, we ask you to contact customer service.

Within Sweden and EU we charge a fee for shipping your items, but not for returns. This does not apply to our customers in Norway who also pay 119NOK for their return.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to change the same item to another color or size, we will of course remove the shipping fee on your new order. Please place a new order and email us the order number so we can deduct the delivery fee.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER

As our orders are usually packed right away it might not be possible to make a change or cancel your order. Always try to email customer service and we can see what we can do. Please note that you most likely have to place a new order or return your order.

The shipping fee will still apply if the order has been sent or processed. We do not accept returns or cancel gift cards.
