Where is my shipment?

When our goods have been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a notification that your package is on its way. In this email, you will also receive a tracking number that you can use to search for your package. The tracking link for packages sent with Postnord can be found at postnord.se.

Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?

As our orders are usually packed right away it is usually not possible to make a change. Always try to email customer service in this case. Please note that you will usually have to place a new order or return your package.

I have not received my order confirmation, what can I do?

Contact our customer service via email and we will resend your order confirmation.

My order wasn’t successful when trying to finish my purchase, what should I do?

Contact customer service and we will help you with this issue before you place a new order.

How long is the delivery time for my order?

Our normal delivery times are 1-3 working days within Sweden and 2-7 days within the EU. Orders placed on weekends are sent no later than the following Monday. Should delivery delays occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.

My order has not arrived, what happens with my payment?

Contact customer service and we will help you further, we will make sure you get your order or a refund. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as your payment method, you can also contact Klarna directly to extend your invoice.

Is there a possibility for express delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer express delivery methods.

Which countries does ADOORE ship to?

At the moment we deliver to all countries that are members of the EU. We also ship to Norway.

Shipping and customs in Norway?

We ship to Norway and you as a customer do not pay for customs. Please note that the shipping cost is 150NOK and the customer pays for all returns.

What is a pre-order?

When the product you want to buy is marked with pre-order, it means that the delivery time is longer than usual. Which week your pre-order will be delivered is clearly stated in the description and your order confirmation when you place your order.

I regret my purchase. What do I do?

I want to return an item, how do I proceed?

You can return your order for up to 14 days from receiving it. When you want to return an order:
1. Fill in the order number and your email at

2. Choose the reason for the return and which items you wish to return.
3. Pack the dress in a suitable package and paste on the prescribed return label, then hand in your package to the nearest postal office.

I want to exchange my item. How do I proceed?

1. Return the item you don’t want to keep.
2. Place a new order on our website.
3. Send your new order number to info@adoore.se, and we will refund you for the shipping cost.

Does it cost to return an item?

No, we have free returns. If your return label is missing, we ask you to contact our customer service and we will send you a new return label.

Do I get my shipping cost back when returning an item?

No, we offer free returns but not free shipping. Think through your purchase before placing it to promote a more sustainable online shopping behavior.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package from my postal office in time?

An uncollected package is sent back to us after two weeks at the postal office. In this case a fee of 250SEK will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take before I am refunded for my return?

From the day you send your package with the prescribed return label, it can take up to 15 days for our warehouse to receive, register and refund your order. When your order is received and refunded you will receive a return confirmation to your email. If it has been longer than 15 days, we ask you to contact customer service

How do I find out about upcoming launches and products that return in stock?

You will receive news and information when you sign up for our newsletter and follow our social channels.

Can ADOORE be found at other retailers?

How is the sizing of the dresses in general?

Most of our dresses are slimmer in the waist. If you are curvy and have a slimmer waist, we recommend you to take your regular size. If you have a straighter body shape you can size up. Our knitted dresses are true to size!

Replies to emails take between 1-4 working days and we respond to emails in chronological order. During the summer our response times are a little longer than usual.
