Welcome to our FAQ. We're happy to have you here as a customer. We've provided answers to the most frequently asked questions about our production, design & sizing, shipping & returns and Adoore in general. Size & Fit
You will find a specific size chart/guide for each product on every product page. Please use the measurement guide and follow our recommendations in the size chart to find the best size for you. You can always contact our customer service and they will help you with all your questions regarding sizes, and find the perfect dress for you.
Our mission has been to create dresses with great fit that never go out of style. Most of our fitted dresses are purposely slimmer in the waist to enhance the figure, which means you generally need to size up in these if you don't want that corset tight fit. Our knitted dresses are more stretchy and true to size, so there is no need to size up in them. Please read our product descriptions to see which styles we recommend you to size up in.
Today, we offer sizes 32-50. A size guide can be found on each product's page.
The sizes displayed will vary based on the selected currency. For all currencies except those for the UK and US, sizes will be shown in Swedish measurements. However, by clicking on the size guide for any product, you can always view your size in UK, EU, or US measurements.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer various delivery methods depending on the country you order from. For more information regarding the price and estimated delivery time for your order, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page. This page provides detailed information on the delivery methods available for each country we ship to.
Please keep in mind that if you fail to collect your order, an additional admin fee of 149 SEK,DKK,NOK / €15 / $15 / £15 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is charged to cover return shipping, packaging, and handling costs.

We ship from our warehouse at Lidingö, close to Stockholm in Sweden.
When your order has been sent from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. If you haven’t received any emails within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service.
We ship to all countries within the EU, Norway, United Kingdom, Australia and the United States.
Yes, we offer a convenient pick-up service that allows customers to place orders online and collect them at our store on Regeringsgatan 48, Stockholm. This service not only provides convenience but also saves on shipping costs, as in-store pick-up is free of charge.
How to Use the Local Pick-Up Feature:
1. Visit adoore.com and add your desired items to your cart
2. At checkout, select the "Pick up in store" option
3. Complete the remaining contact and billing details
4. Place your order
You will receive an email with further instructions once your order is ready for pick-up. Orders are typically ready within 2-4 business days, depending on when the order is placed. Orders placed before 12 PM on Mondays will be available for pick-up by Tuesday, and those placed before 12 PM on Wednesdays will be available by Friday.
Please note that you have 10 days to collect your order from the store. If it is not picked up within that time, the order will be returned, and a fee of 149 SEK/DKK/NOK, €15, $15, or £15 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, packaging, and handling costs.
Returns & Exchanges
We encourage you to shop mindfully and only purchase the styles that you are sure you want to keep. We want to avoid unnecessary shipping of clothing back and forth and therefore, encourage you to think through your purchase carefully before placing it. Read our size guide and chat with our customer service to ensure the right size and fit for your desired item. If you live in Stockholm you are more than welcome to visit our store to try out your size and get guidance from our staff. If you wish to exchange your item, it is free of charge one (1) time. Exchanges are created on our returns page. For returns, please see the costs listed below for each region.

We hope you love your Adoore item(s) as much as we do. However, if you do need to make a return, please note that we do not include return labels in our packages. Instead, you can initiate your return on our returns page. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, and all items can be returned, even if they were purchased on sale. Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards. All returned items are thoroughly inspected by our warehouse. To receive a full refund on your items, they must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags intact. We do not accept returns on items that show any signs of wear or use.

We do not include return labels in our parcels; instead, returns are processed through our website.

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return. (If your product is defective, please register is at a claim instead by clicking at 'Register a claim'.)
4. Choose between exchanging or returning the item.
5. For exchanges, click 'Exchange', and indicate your desired color and size for the new product.
6. If you have more than one product to return or exchange within the same order, please repeat the process for each item.
7. For returns, click 'Return Item,' provide the reason for return, and then continue.
8. Once you have made your selections and provided the necessary information, click 'Next.'
9. Choose your preferred shipping method for the return or exchange, and then click 'Next.'
10. You will receive your return label as a QR code.
11. Pack the product securely in an appropriate package and send it back using the chosen return method.
12. Use the QR code you received to initiate the return and present it at the counter of your local post office.
13. Remember to keep your receipt from the post office as proof in case the return is misplaced.
14. If you have requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you as soon as our warehouse receive your return.
If you wish to exchange your item, it is free of charge one (1) time. Exchange order will be shipped as soon as the courier confirms package drop off. Create an exchange on our returns platform by following the steps below.
1. Initiate your exchange by clicking here.
2. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to exchange, and click 'Exchange',
4. Indicate your desired color and size for the new product, and continue.
5. Choose your preferred shipping method for the return or exchange, and then click 'Next.'
6. You will receive your return label as a QR code.
7. Pack the product securely in an appropriate package and send it back using the chosen return method.
8. Use the QR code you received to initiate the return and present it at the counter of your local post office.
9. Remember to keep your receipt from the post office as proof in case the return is misplaced.
10. The new item will be shipped as soon as the courier confirms package drop off.
Note! We reserve your exchange order for 14 days so make sure to send us the item you would change within 7 days to make sure you get the new item you ordered.
All claims are managed through our website, so it's important to report your complaint here.
1. Begin your claim process by clicking here.
2. Provide your order number and the email address associated with your order.
3. Click on the text 'Is your product defective? Click here to register a claim'.
4. Choose the defective item(s) you wish to report as a claim.
5. Describe the defect with relevant details, attach an image displaying the problem/defect, and click 'next.'
6. Confirm your claim.
7. It's now a created ticket for your claim. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible. Please keep your claimed product until further notice.
The processing and refunding of your order may take up to 15 days from the date of receiving your return package at our warehouse. You will receive two distinct emails during this process - one upon receipt of your return and the commencement of processing, and another confirming the completion of your refund. If more than 15 days have passed since you dispatched your return and you have not received your refund, kindly reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Regrettably, gift cards purchased from Adoore are not eligible for return.
No, it's not. You need to register your return via our website as well. Please create your return here.
Yes, you can return items from a bundle. If you return only part of the bundle, the kept items will be adjusted to full price, meaning you will lose the bundle discount. If you return all items in the bundle, the return will be processed as a regular return. Please note that a return fee will be applied in both cases, whether you return part of the bundle or the entire bundle.
Order & Payments
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the order details and an order number to the email address provided during checkout. Order processing and fulfillment generally take 1-2 business days. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The shipping time will depend on the shipping alternative that was selected during checkout, and where the order would be sent.

We do not accept, nor do we cover, VAT or customs charges on your order if you place an order from United Kingdom and Australia.
Please contact our customer service with your order number, information of the delivery method you have chosen, and the item you are missing, and they will assist you.
General
Our customer service team works during office hours, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET). We aim to reply to your query on the same day, but please allow up to 72 hours for a response. For a quick response, please use the live chat in the bottom right corner.
We offer both digital and physical gift cards. When you buy a gift card you will receive an e-gift card in your email right away. We also offer a physical gift card free of charge, this option will be visible in the confirmation email of your gift card purchase. The gift card is valid one year from the purchase date.
Please click at the shopping bag and proceed to checkout, to the left you see an overview of your product(s) and underneath a field for discount code. Add the code to the field and click at “apply”, next to the code, and the total order amount will be updated.
Please note that you cannot combine the code with other discounts. If you want to remove the code, just click at the little cross in the right corner of the code.

Yes, we do have a store in Stockholm, Sweden. Our store is located in MOOD Stockholm at Regeringsgatan 48.

Our 14-day return policy applies to our store too.
Most of our garments are produced in Shenzhen, China. It is a small factory that delivers incredible quality while maintaining a very good and close relationship with us. Our production manager, Ida, lived in Shenzhen and worked with the factory locally for over ten years. You can read more about our factories here.

How to Use the Find In-Store Feature:
1. Visit adoore.com from any device
2. Navigate to the product you're interested in
3. Click the "Find in Store" button positioned right above the size options
4. Select your size
5. The availability for both our physical store in Stockholm and online inventory will be displayed. You’ll see one of three statuses: “Out of stock,” “Low in stock,” or “Available,” giving you a quick view of current stock levels.
Please note that stock levels are estimates and items may sell out quickly. To confirm availability, we recommend visiting or contacting the store directly.
