We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join us on our exciting journey. As Store Manager, you will lead the store with a strong focus on customer experience, sales, and creating an inspiring work environment for your team. As Store Manager at ADOORE, you will be responsible for the store’s sales, operations, and overall performance. You will lead and develop a team of engaged employees, ensuring that together we deliver world-class service and achieve our sales goals. Your role will be both operational and strategic, working closely with your team to create an environment where every customer feels seen and welcomed. You’ll create an inviting store atmosphere and build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the store’s sales and performance to meet set targets.
  • Lead and inspire your team to create a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff planning, scheduling, and recruitment.
  • Create an attractive and engaging store environment, ensuring it is always welcoming and inspiring for customers.
  • Deliver world-class customer service and ensure a shopping experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Analyze sales figures and implement improvements to achieve the store's goals.
  • Manage the store’s financial performance, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to ensure store operations align with the brand’s overall goals and guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management, preferably in retail.
  • At least 4 years of experience in retail, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service.
  • Experience working with scheduling and other store management systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; you are a natural leader who inspires and motivates your team.
  • A passion for fashion and trends, with the ability to create a store environment that attracts and engages customers.
  • Host and coordinate customers events, influencer events, and other store-related activities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Flexible, solution-oriented, and organized, with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create a positive store atmosphere where both customers and staff enjoy spending time.
