In order for your free shipping voucher or discount code to be available you must have earned and saved the right amount of points based on the cost of the reward. Each reward will be available on your profile when you have enough points to redeem your reward.

In order for the system to generate the code, you must submit your birthday information at least four (4) weeks before your birthday.
Your birthday code will be sent to you one (1) week before your birthday. Please note that the discount is valid online only and cannot be used in physical stores.
Since the points is based on your activities and purchase amount (after returns) you will receive your points in 25 days after placing an order. The points will automatically show up in your account.
You can earn points by following us on social media, subscribing to our newsletter or making a purchase. For further details on how to earn points, please refer to the "Earn points" section.
When you have an available offer you can easily unlock your voucher on the loyalty page and add your code in checkout. The reward will be visible on your account if you have enough point to redeem the voucher. Each voucher will cost you a certain amount of points. Please note that your code is a one time use, meaning you will not get a new code if you return your items.
No, you cannot use your discount codes on sale.
Your points may expire if you have not made an online purchase within 12 months of your last transaction. However, purchases made in any of our physical stores will also count as activity, provided you have submitted your receipt to our Customer Service for points registration.
If your points have expired despite having made an in-store purchase within the past 12 months, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Yes, email us your receipt and we will update your earned points.
